This was a last minute order, literally a few minutes of them closing. We had forgotten flowers for our fathers funeral. Tracy I believe was her name (the shop owner) said no problem she would make a deluxe arrangement and have it to our house by noon the following business day. That morning my sister decided it should be sent to the funeral home, a last minute change but again "no problem" We shopped online Camarillo area florists and all seem to have similar offerings, prices and website. The difference lies in the quality of service, not that the other shops aren't probably good too I can only say the arrangement was perfect but so was the quality of customer service at this location.
